I fished Fairview Lake in the Poconos yesterday and while the fishing was tough, the Scounger caught Bass. I used a Berkley Power Minnow as my trailer on a 1/4oz medium bill and hooked up with a smallmouth bass that I lost and shortly after, a great Largemouth Bass fishing an outside line of lily pads.
